NO DISCOUNT for owning KOMPLETE 14 Ultimate - when pricing S61 MK3 bundled with Komplet 15 Ultimate

With NI's Christmas Promo packages, the ad says to Log In for a special price on S61 KM3 bundled with KOMPLETE 15 Ultimate (or Standard) if I own a prior version of KOMPLETE. I do own 14 ULTIMATE. So I log in and the price is exactly the same. NO DISCOUNT.

So where is the discount for already owning KOMPLETE 14 Ultimate??

There are no discounts for any upgrades to Komplete during Cyber Season.

All the "S-Series Keyboard + Komplete" deals are/were for new users OR a user who wants to upgrade their hardware and score another Komplete license at half price.

Would love to see a screencap of this ad you are referencing - because there is nothing like that listed here:

This is simply a standalone purchase of the S61. Not even part of a Komplete deal at all.

All you get here is the keyboard for $849.

And the "voucher" is very specific - you are limited to using it against a "Kontakt" instrument (specifically) up to a value of $399.

Is on the web site 24x7x365 and appears anytime any user is not logged into their NI Account - but drops into the entry point of the NI Shop. I get it just like you are.

All it is for is to do a general check against your registered version(s) of Komplete and IF there is something applicable for you - you can take advantage if you choose.

But do not misunderstand this banner to mean just because we own Komplete 14 ULT (or whatever) - we are suddenly eligable to get every deal that is active in the Shop at any given time.

The only time this banner really matters is when Komplete Upgrades are 50% off - usually in June each year and rarely during a Cyber Season that occurs in the second year of a current Komplete release cycle.

2024 is year one of the Komplete 15 release cycle - so no upgrade deals for us this time.

Summer of Sound 2025 will be your next chance to score.
