I bought a Alicia's keys bundle(piano + electiric piano) But in my Native access, only the piano appears What should I do in this case?
If you had any of the products in advance and bought the bundle as an upgrade then you could have bought the wrong upgrade. Else then if you bought the full bundle and the products do not appear in Native Access then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
