Hi, I purchased a Maschine mk3 plus, and I registered the product on your site, I used the voucher you provided me to download two new expansions via my NI account, but I was only able to load it into my PC, how can I transfer the new sound expansions onto the Maschine mk3 plus and use them in stand alone? thanks

Which expansions did you get? Some are not compatible with the Plus.

You dont transfer anything, you just go to Settings>Library scroll the list, select the new products and install from there.

I managed to load the new expansions onto the SD card in the download folder and then by pressing the user button I was able to use the new expansions on the Maschine mk3 plus using it in stand alone, but I wanted to understand if it was possible to install them inside the memory.

That's not the right way to do it, when/if the expansion gets updated you won't ever be notified, the User button is for user/custom content.

It's a either and MK3 or Maschine Plus, there is no such thing as an "MK3 Plus"

Yes, there is a way, it's the way I described in the above post - Even in the right way the content gets mostly installed on the SD, but some stuff goes into the "internal memory" — Users dont have access to see or edit anything on the internal drive other than just going thru the official installation method.

Ok of course I was talking about the Maschine mk3 plus, maybe I expressed myself badly, anyway I just wanted to know if to install the new expansions I have to use the Maschine software but if I could download it directly from the machine

Your questions have already been answered - and it's also detailed in the product manuals (and numerous instructional videos online).
