Raum Plugin black Screen no chance to control parameters

Hi
Yesterday I bought Komplete15.
I have installed teh RAUM plugin to test the Reverb.
But there is only a black screen in the GUI visible. No knobs or sliders.

My System is Windows 10 with the newest update and DirectX12.
Newest drivers for all of my hardware.
All other plugins of all other manufactors are working well.

How can I use this plugin now?
What could be wrong?
Arte there more NI plugins that doesnt work?

    I have an office pc the plugin works on.
    Why are the plugins so terrible programmed that they dont run on every windows 10 pc like other plugins?

    Shall I buy a new computer to have the Komplete plugins run for me?
    I am very disappointed. Software for 599 Euro does not run well?

    How can I get E-Mail support from NI?

    I ve found out, that some NI software does not run on some graphic cards with lower feature level.
    But I can not found a card <100 Euro and feature level > 11_0 .
    Can anyone help me?
    Who has a graphic card < 100 Euro with 2 Monitors to connect and feature level >= 11_1 and running Guitar Rig a.s.o.

    As you already found out, it's the same thing than with Kontakt or Guitar Rig, you need a graphic card that supports graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_1) or higher. Guitar Rig Opens with a Black Window

    My problem is, I can not find a cheap one slot PCIe graphic card with 11_1 or higher.
    I have been searching the web for 2 days.
    I am very unhappy, that I can not use all of my complete content :-(

    I understand. Until you find a new graphic card you could try to downgrade the effects, they're available in this thread, another issue affecting the effects:

    I have the same problem

    my machine is up to date …my OS is up to date ( latest version of Windows 10 22H2) and my DAW's Studio One and REAPER are up to date


    This has happened to me on more than one machine……. and it started at least a year …probably longer


    REPLIKA….. RAUM and Twenty Five dont work … I have to use the "legacy " versions .. IT pisses me off that they know this and have made no effort to do thorough programming or testing on several platforms

    even though Raum is in my native Access …and I purchased KONTAKT 7 full…… the only answer I got from NI was to use the demo version… so I have no full version I paid for …..

    for Twenty Five there is a Google drive download from a Native Instruments page . You download the folder and replace it in your Twenty Five plugin location

    Well … that just goes to show how ****** the whole thing is .. I cant edit or delete my response


    it turns out I only have the Demo versions .. .thats fine … But I gave the wrong link for Replika … and for RAUM then as they are only valid for 24 hours or 48 hours


    I was able to Google and get to the pages for Raum and Replika … I left my email address and received a link to download the demo versions right away …

    I installed them … they work …. You just have to live with the "update" nag in the Native Access software . ( Obviously DONT update after you re-install the Demo's )

    I SAVED the installers on a secondary disk for the future

    the link I left to Twenty Five is the right link

    Im sorry for the confusion……. oh wait… I wasnt the one that confused things in the first place ……. it was them

    any way … hope all this helps some one
