    • Maschine user instrument images broken & Vendor, Author fields not editable

    In Maschine user images are broken. Images are not showing in both Maschine 2 and 3. Also it doesn't allow you to edit Vendor and Author fields, they are locked. Not sure why.

      This is now fixed. Add image and dist_database files in folders below:

      Database Files: Contains the browser images and database details for
      the Komplete browser. Place the "image" and "dist_database" folders
      in the following location (or copy the sub folders inside these folders
      if they exist):
      Windows: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\NI Resources
      MAC: /Users/Shared/NI Resources

      Preset Files: Contains the preset files that need to be added to your
      user library. Copy this folder to your user library location. By default
      the user library is located at:
      WIN: C:\Users[USER]\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content
      MAC: Users/[USER]/Documents/Native Instruments/User Content

      So those instruments were previously installed elsewhere and you moved them into the user folder, but didn't copy the resources?

      nope, the instruments were installed correctly, but images and dist_database were not copied to where they were supposed to be copied. Path is in the previous post. Once I copied the folders in their correct locations Maschine picked the images up straight away.
