Is it possible to batch resave a plugins parameters for all of it's presets ?
Hi,
Is it possible to batch resave a plugins parameters for all of it's presets ? EG: I have a few plugins where the parameters are all over the place, and I'd like to change them, and update all the presets in a batch option to resave, but not sure if it's possible.
Anyone know if a smart feature like this would be available in Komplete Kontrol 3.3 ?

Not entirely, what you do is setup one NKS preset how you want it, that can then serve as a template as once it is loaded in KK all of the plugins patches saved with it will have the same mapping
In some cases it is possible to automate this, depends on the plugin and your scripting skills

Thanks for the reply, yes what I'm asking is if it's possible,is if you have a plugin with the current parameters that are all wonky, and want to reassign the plugins parameters to fit your needs. Is it possible, to reassign the plugins parameters, and then assign the newly created parameters for all of the presets associated with that plugin. So in other words I have a plugin that has say 50 presets, but the parameters are all over the place. If I reassign the plugins parameters ,can I then resave all of the presets associated with the plugin? Or would I have to resave each preset one at a time ?

Thanks for clarifying, I get it now. Unfortunately this is not possible. You would need to edit every preset at a time.

Thanks Jeremy_Ni and Kymeia ! I started on this last night. This would be great to have an option to resave All presets in the future, by right clicking / selecting the patches you want to amend changes to. ;)
Smart time saving features wouldn’t hurt. ;)
