How do I request a refund ???
I just purchased Traktor Pro 4, would like a refund as I won't be using it.
It's impossible to find any information on this website on this.

All of the support links seem to end up back on the same page with no way to contact anyone. That in itself seems pretty crazy.
As others here have already tried to explain then your case doesn't sound as a case where N.I. would normally authorize a refund. However then all decisions and the authority on the matter about refunds rests with the N.I. Purchase Support who also holds the final words on that. So you really have to contact N.I. Purchase Support and ask if you think that you are entitled to a refund.

Software that has been activated is actually excluded from exchange everywhere, but maybe you'll be lucky and a moderator will say something different.
Why do you buy software if you don't want to use it, you could have just tried the demo! 🤔

It's a long story, but I've decided to stick with Traktor Pro 2 for now.

Can't buy software and then decide you do not like it - and get a refund. Doesn't really work this way.

I have been trying for days now to return my maschine mk3 I bought through your online store. I never opened or registered it. Your website isn’t working properly, it wont let me go into my order history and submit a ticket. I need this taken care as fast as possible. Support from the chat bot on your site has not responded or done anything and there is nowhere to create ticket. Does real support even exist? I’ve read all the forums and did the chat bot, but it doesn’t go anywhere. Can I talk to a real human that can send me a return label please?

I finally accessed the chat bot. I described my issue as clearly as possible. I waited about an hour and then I had to leave that chat. But it seems that the transcript of the chat was still received by someone in support, as my refund was later processed. Maybe the same will happen for you.

Thank you kindly for your response @digilalia . I hope that will be the case. My first chat box that was transcribed was on the 17th, it’s now the 27th. I’ve since done it 2 more times. It’s like no one is there at the company lol. My first message was the next day asking them to cancel before it shipped. 4 days later, it shipped. They didnnt have time to cancel it, but they had time to ship it.

@esimone00 I would keep trying next week, it's a very busy sale season maybe the support is slower. Make sure your first message in the chat contains all the detail about why you are returning it.
