komplet audio 6 has stopped working in studio 1

    Could you give more details?

    What version is it, a Komplete Audio 6 mk1 (silver) or mk2 (black)?

    What's your operating system, Windows 10 or 11? What specific update are you referring to?

    Have you tried to reinstall or use the ASIO driver (only if it's a mk2)? Installing the ASIO Driver for KOMPLETE AUDIO 1 / 2 / 6 MK2 (Windows)

    That screencap is not the Audio Setup dialog in Studio One. That one is for External Devices - which your audio interface is not. You need to show us the Audio Setup area in Studio One - like so:

    The first (and most major) issue - is the fact that you have ASIO4ALL installed AND listed as your default. That should be removed ASAP. It is the cause of more audio issues than I can count and will not help you to solve your issue.

    Next - you should click the Audio Device dropdown (in your screencap) and see if the Komplete Audio driver is listed - if so - make it your default and restart Studio One. If everything is installed correctly - you should be good to go.

    Now - if you do not see the Komplete Audio driver - you will need to install it and ensure it is the default.

    But get rid of ASIO4ALL as fast as possible.

    If this is Windows 10 - and is in fact the MK1 - suggest you uninstall the driver - and reboot the machine.

    Then - when it comes back up - reinstall the driver and ensure if is being correctly displayed in Device Manager (there should be NO yellow exclamation flags on anything in there).

    If Device Manager confirms the driver is installed and the Device is working properly:

    Then head back into Studio One and set it as the default audio device.

    If it still does not work after all this - you have other issues that are beyond the forum here - possibly hardware that goes beyond just the audio interface etc.

    Did this device EVER work fine in this machine?

    MK1 - to me - is your audio device - the item you say is not working and the one that Jeremy already asked you for?

    So is it:

    Silver in color = Komplete Audio 6 MK1

    OR

    Black in color = Komplete Audio 6 MK2

    This issue - as you are describing it - has nothing do with Controller Editor or any other hardware.

    And if it was working perfectly - what did you change? Audio interfaces do not simply fail for no reason. Any recent updates? Any software added or removed?

    Finally - what does Windows Device Manager say about this device - screencap please.
