On Sonoma 14.7.1 on a 2019 16in MacBook Pro (Intel). Just bought a KK M32 and the firmware needs updating…but the firmware updater doesn't work. The keyboard clearly needs the update. Anyone have a fix for this? thanks in advance
That is a big problem. Unlikely can be solved here I don't think.
I just purchased a Maschine Mikro Mk3 and went through the firmware update process. No problem. Opened and ran fine. So it seems there is a problem specific to the M32 firmware updater.
I see that you're in contact with my colleagues regarding the licences. My colleagues should sort this out. Not being able to play notres on the keyboard does not sound related to the issue though. Have you tried to open Komplete Kontrol in standalone? Are you able to select the M32 as a MIDI input there?
Hi Jeremy
Did you see that I had bought a Maschine Micro Mk3 and the firmware updater worked fine - as in your example. So that suggests maybe there is a problem with the M32 updater - maybe MacOS Sonoma 14.7?
Thanks
Anthony
Checked the installer on several computers and it worked fine.
So what do I do now? This leaves this problem unsolved. I am an owner of much Native Instruments hardware and software and this is frustrating.
I'm sorry, I'm dealing with a lot of threads every day. I thought the firmware updater was the issue.
What is the issue you're having with the keyboard then?
No the firmware updater remains the problem. The point I was making was that the firmware updater works for my new Maschine Mikro Mk3…but that the firmware updater for the M32 doesn’t work. Thanks for continuing to look at this if possible.
