Help installing Maschine MK2 Controller

Hey all,

First time poster.

I have an old MK2 that I pulled out of the cupboard after 10 odd years of not using it.

The hardware seems to all be functional however when i go to install the MK2 Controller driver software the installer runs seemingly fine but then doesn't install anything!

I also downloaded and installed the updates but that also did nothing.

Can anyone help me get my old unit back up and running? 🙏🏾

You can start by checking this article: My Maschine Controller Does Not Start

If something went wrong (or if the dirver was installed before, you might need to disconnect the device and uninstall the driver. You can use our tool for that, you can find it linked to that KB article: Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

Hello,

normally you install native access 2, log in, then you install maschine software and everything. Then you are ready to go. Can you maybe explain a bit more in detail what's not working, does it not light up at all or you have maschine software open but it doesn't react?

hey, thanks for the answers.

I contacted the support team and they sent me the installer file for Maschine 2.

It installed correctly!

however now it's asking me to activate it and when I click that button it opens up Native Access however Maschine 2 doesn't even exist on there!

Nor am I presented with an option to activate it…

I've reached back to the support team but haven't heard anything back.

Am I on the right track?
