NI Access does not accept my serials

Hi everyone,

i recently bought the Kontrol S49 + Komplete Standard bundle and received the keyboard today.

Since i was asked to enter the hardware serial before the software i waited.

Sadly today after receiving it, i entered the serial written on the screen and underneath the keyboard without any success.

I tried every variation, 5 to S, 0 to O, but nothing works.

The "guides and support site" you get reffered to is also not at all covering the problem.

Also NI does a very good job to hide any support employees. Is there any chance to get someone on the phone or to contact them directly?

Sound like you legitimately need support. Look for the support chat bot and when it fails to answer your questions like it always does, it will help you put in a proper ticket.

I already created a ticket on Saturday, hopefully the support team gets back to me soon.
