maschine software wont register after purchase

Need help troubleshooting. Why is this happening? I purchased the software from the website but I bought the Maschine studio hardware separate. Its registered by serial number but I cant contact the original owner for a transfer ID. Is there anything else I can do?

Bad idea to post all your serial numbers on an open forum!

if that is your account, what I see is Studio been already registered (so no need for a License Transfer) and Maschine 2 software listed under Not Registered.

Have you tried putting that serial number (before somebody else do it…) in Native Access?

"Maschine 2" is right there under "unregistered" so… register it… By pasting in Native Access on the bottom left corner where it says "Add Serial".

Showing registered serials is already not advisable but showing unregistered ones is wild…
