Sold Maschine MK2, cant remember email, New owner can't get license transfer

I need help. I bought my maschine mk2 3-5 years ago, now I've just sold it, but I can't remember my old email account, so the new owner can't get the license transfer. Can anyone working at Native Instruments please contact me, so we can resolve this issue for the new owner?

I have the hardware serial and Device ID, and can probably answer questions to a good enough degree to prove my authenticity that I am the owner of the current Maschine mk2

For the new owners sake, please help!

You cant remember the email account or just the password? Unless you have an absurd amount of emails just use the password recover feature on all. Contacting support requires login, so.. unsure of what else you could do.

I cant remember the email, but If i recovered the email then I might be able to recall the password. I have an absurd amount of emails, but I've tried my most used emails, and none of them had the maschine under products and serials

Well… Then get in touch with registration support under any account, send them all proof you got including that you already sold the unit and want the license for the buyer, add buyer details to the ticket aswell… like his NI accoount email cause I am not sure if you get a transfer ID Code in this scenario.

Have you done a search within each email you have for "native instruments"? Perhaps this can turn up an old email and guide you in the right direction in determining what email you used for registration.
