Nothing works anymore KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION
Hallo, I own the "KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION" . Until recently, everything went well. Access shows everything and no errors. But now neither complete control nor contact 8, 6 and not even the simple PLayer works. All instruments are displayed as a demo or do not load properly. Even a new installation of Access and the player did not show any improvement. What can I do?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling a library to see if that helps ? Are you logged in correctly?

In Access, everything is OK and contact is shown as Full!

Yes that's weird I'd suggest contacting tech support. Hope they get you running soon

Thanks for the information. It's all really very strange. I only have the problem that I just can't find a contact address and doesn't really help on the AI support website.

I suspect anyway that part of the solution could be in their usual suggestion to delete database etc etc…
But I also see many threads appearing today with people talking about problems with tokens in different areas…so…maybe NI is having some issues lately?

Good evening, I already suspected that, because I've been working with it for a very long time and have never had such a bug. What I suspect is that I tested the 360 degree version but then decided on the collectors version. As if there is a problem now, although it has been going well so far. Thanks for the information!
