Kontakt 6 content missing

Hi everyone, I really need your help!

this error message has just randomly started to pop up when I loaded into logic today, I jaunt changed any files names or anything like that I really am in a struggle because all m projects have session guitarist if you can help that would be great

    Going by that second image, did you try to resolve it by clicking any of the available options?

    Did you check the assumed location, to check it exists and the files are present?

    The directory name looks a little strange. Those characters would not be permitted on Windows…

    Hello Luke, I have the same problem in Cubase Pro 13. The options "browse for Folder /Files" causes Cubase/Kontakt to freeze. Since this error message I have only changed 2 things: Installed and activated Session Guitarist Acoustic Sunburst and updated to Kontakt 7.10.5. Maybe that will help somehow. Greetings Mitto

    @Jeremy_NI Hi Jeremy I made a thread here not long ago about my issue that i am having, I was using the XML delete trick so I was going into service center and deleting the Native Access.MXL file but everytime I do it now it loads into demo version , it does tell me to activate the session guitarist some times and it says kontakt 6 but I have just downloaded the most recent kontakt 7 player so im so confused. im not good at the tech side of the software but I really need help to resolve this, many thanks Luke

    @lukemund Thanks for pointing me to that thread. Sorry that I didn't catch it up earlier.

    What version of Kontakt are you using? This error message comes when you have projects with Kontakt 6 right? It's easy to check, when in Kontakt in Logic, click on the NI logo, what version does it show?

    There was a series of Kontakt libraries updates that broke compatibility with Kontakt 6. If you have old Logic projects using these libraries in Kontakt 6 instances, that would explain the issue.

    The solution is to downgrade these libraries, you can find all the installers for all the affected libraries here: Previous versions of recently updated Kontakt libraries / compatibility with K6 older libraries

    @Jeremy_NI hi there thats okay , im currently in KONTAKT 6. I had the session guitarist issue fixed, I had to download the session guitarist Iso file and it all started running okay. Im now having the same issue with Etheral Earth, Do I need to download this file ? Ethereal Earth.iso ?
