Library plugin wont work, all i hear is a piano sound

Hi, When I install a library with a certain sound, for example of a soprano saxophone, everything seems fine, but when I play with the mouse on the virtual keyboard to test the instrument, only the piano sound is heard and not the expansion.

Well, the other drivers…preferably ASIO on Windows.
