Bonjour j'essaye d,inscrire ma licence utilisateur (service center) sur windows 8.1 avec native acces , impossible d'installer et j'aimerais faire un transfert de licence , si quelq'un peut me donner une aide , cordiallement

    hi, thanks for answering, i post in french because i am french and i dont have realize was a probleme, but, i have try installing for w8.1 and this was not running.

    after instal , they ask update and the update don’t run.. i have try instal, uninstall, they any solution for the problem, update graphique card and udpate my windows, any possibility, and all was still not running on my computer.

    i have this only one computer where is licence activated under service center and i don’t have another computer..

    why the solution was not simply, i but my Kontrol s4 for 1000€ and sale it for 100€ and is broken things for nothing in a reality ..

    all service customer is broken and i receive only the answer automatically by a robot 🤖

    Native instrument let totaly alone the customer with a problem for simply transfer ONE license value 69€ ..

    all industry have calling service with agent for help the customer with à problem can’t resolve, but not for Native instruments ..

    i just want transfer my licence for the new customer can installed and use it my old machine, the problem for native, nobody was behind a phone center and let totaly alone the people with forum communoty just for repeating the thing i do myself and this it Not Running on my way..

    Hello, as the old version of Native Access 1 can be stopped working. However, you will not need a Native Access to transfer your product. Please open a chat support and our team can help you with this case. If there is no respond to chat, it means that there was no agent available that time, however please have no worries cause the chatbot will create a ticket for you and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

    i am totaly lost try many steps , and native acces still not runing for windows 8.1

    its impossible install native acces on my computer, very impossible and i sale my machine since 2 weeks and the news customer still waiting again the licence transfer ,, seriously , is not possible to have a support client from native for given this licence transfert for the news customer

    i dont understand why is so very difficult , just need a transfer my licence

    i hope one guy worker at natice compagny can take a contact with me and found a solutions for me
