Hello gbmusic, can you please let us know more about the issue.

Can you please let us know what are you experiencing while trying to open your Abbey Road 60's Drummer?

Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue or error message that you are receiving?

    I downloaded the file

    Abbey_Road_60s_Drummer_130U_Mac.dmg

when I click on it, the installer file comes up. When I click on the installer file
it will not open and says

"Abbey Road 60s Drummer cannot be installed, because Abbey Road 60s Drummer has not yet been installed on this computer."

Please run Abbey Road 60s Drummer before running this installer. I tried to run it and the following message appears.

Hello gbmusic, as there are many tickets, it can take 1-2 business days to get the answer in busy times. However, I see that you got an answer from our agent on your ticket, so please check you email and you can send a reply to that email in case you may need it.

    I hope this helps☺️

I give up with getting any help from NI. The email that you sent me told me nothing that I do not already know. I wonder if you even read what people post? Epic failure of customer service.

Hello gbmusic, I'm not sure if we are seeing the same answer, but as I can see our agent said it is not possible to return your product from your 2022 purchase and advised this workaround:

"Please first of all, uninstall the version of Native Access you have on your computer.

    Restart your computer.

Install the latest version of Native Access:

    https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Abbey road 60s drummer should automaticaly appear for installation.

If it do not appear, please  please send me screenshots from Native Access showing all products in the "All" tab,

as well as the login section as shown below, so that I am better able to investigate the issue:"

So, if you tried the workaround and if it did not solve the issue, sending requested screenshot replying to the email that sent by our agent can help our agent to understand the issue easier and our agent should help you to solve that issue afterwards.

    I hope this helps☺️

I clicked the file after downloading from your link and this keeps coming up. The file is already in my application folder. This message always appears. Why does this not work? Does your software work with macOS Sonoma?

I was finally able to downloaded native access. I went to install Abbey Road 60s drummer and it failed. The same thing happened when I tried to download the Kontakt 8 player. I tried to download them together and that did not work either. Again, Im macOS Sonoma. There are no updates required according to NA so I am puzzled why they fail to download?

Hello gbmusic, happy to hear about the Native Access.

If you are receiving the "Download Failed" error message, please perform the following steps:

    1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click [your name] at the top of the sidebar.
    2. Click iCloud on the right, click Private Relay, then turn off Private Relay.

    I hope this helps☺️
