I'm trying to update to the latest version of Komplete Kontrol. I'm getting a installation failed, review your location preferences.
Is there a fix for this?

Windows, all the other apps updated except Komplete Kontrol
I have the same issue. Tried to folow the "Fixing software update installation issues windows" link, uninstaled komplete kontrol, but it did uninstal only as vst. Standalone is working. On native access komplete kontrol removed from update folder to all apps folder with install option. I click "instal" and the same: "instalation failed" Very poor support, NI....
Yeah, hopefully they'll respond to this🙏🏿.
Unfortunately the steps NA gave me did not work it, Native Access still says "installation failed , see location preferences". Has anyone figured out how to fix this?

Hi, when I tried to upgrade Komplete Kontrol, it’s failing. I did all you suggested with security and full disk access but that doesn’t work. Could you help me please ?
