I cannot load plugins in komplete kontrol after an update

Hi, I just updated Komplete Kontrol and everything in native access. But when I returned to my Fl Studio and opened my older projects, it turned out that every plugin I loaded in Komplete Kontrol was errored, including Native Instrument plugins, Serum, and other third-party plugins. I rescanned in Komplete Kontrol and DAW already, and still no change. I must be very sad if I cannot recover the whole thing. I loaded and worked every plugin in Komplete Kontrol. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

btw, I am currently using the latest version of Mac os and FL Studio. I'm not sure if these factors affect Komplete Kontrol.

Well, first before going in too deep with troubleshooting, are you even sure that KK, FL and all your plugins are actually compatible with the latest macOS update? You say you are on the "Latest" versions but it's more helpful if you can take the time to post exactly what versions you are on for others to at least check.

If you updated to the latest macOS Sequoia this was released only 5 days ago was it not, and generally the consensus is to NEVER update to any new macOS release for at least a few months as all software has to be updated.

Would also help to know what previous version of KK you were running before you updated. Were you using KK V2 before, maybe you had VST2 plugins loaded for older projects.

I would also suggest if you have not done so already, launch KK using the desktop app and make sure you leave it to rescan your plugins. The issue you report has nothing to do with your keyboard at all, it is unable to load the plugin so this will be due wither to the plugin not being found within the internal database of KK (plugin i either not installed or not scanned into KK) or the plugin/daw/kk has a problem loading the plugin due to incompatibility with the OS (such as after an update that is not yet compatible) or the plugin was VST2 and now cannot be loaded as only VST3 is supported.

The first place I'd check is in your older projects that are likely referencing the older versions of Komplete Kontrol (that uses the older version of Native Access) whereas all of your libraries have been relocated to the new location used by the new version. All you should have to do is replace the older Komplete Kontrol references in your projects with the new versions and they should all be there.

Hey, thx for replying to me. I checked the project and Komplete Kontrol libraries, they're the new version. But it still doesn't work. In the Komplete Kontrol app, it seems okay but in my FL Studio project, it appears on this error page every time (the image I attached). It's like I need to rescan plugins in Komplete Kontrol every time I need to use it, and that's very abnormal and severely incorrect. I'm so sorry to bother you. I'm not good with tech things lol. Or, maybe I should uninstall and reinstall my Komplete Kontrol.

You're going to need to make sure both you Komplete Kontrol and your DAW are both configured to be using the same appropriate audio interface. It sounds like your Komplete Kontrol is already configured correctly for your audio interface, but your DAW may not be. The other problem could be that your Komplete Kontrol isn't configured correctly to pass the MIDI from your keyboard to the plugin when hosted by the DAW.

Since I've never used FL Studio I have no idea about how that gets configured correctly to host external plugins. Just make sure in KK you have your VST configured in preferences to use VST3
