Izotope Product Portal install fail Win 11

Unfortunate that you have to use Home as well.
That version can be irksome to work with. And the forced MS sign in is never a good thing but has little to do with these issues.
I build all my machines from scratch so I do have better quality control but Windows Professional is my baseline so I do not have to use an MS acct.
In your case - from a specific builder - it is what it is. But still - Windows (and it's drivers) should at least install clean. If I had issues like that - the whole thing would be going back and I would look elsewhere.

Faulty hardware can cause crashes and spontaneous reboots. Virus and Malware can also give problems and also faulty memory module(s) can cause crashes and lockups. But without knowing exactly what you got and installation approach and history then it becomes even harder to even try to even guess. On the issue of reboots then if you are using Intel CPU then there has been reported problems with some Intel CPUs 13th and 14th generation i7 and i9 (and also a few i5's : 13/14600K + KF) with some micro code in BIOS that allows the CPUs to get too high voltages which destroys the CPUs. BIOS updates ought to have been made to all major brands of Motherboards. (Intel® Core™ 13th and 14th Gen desktop processor Vmin Shift Instability issue / Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors Instability Issue) . I am not saying you have been hit by that only informs of issue existence. Also , sorry , I can not help answering questions in general regarding that. What I can say is that for CPUs not yet broken the short explanation of what one needs to do is to flash motherboard with latest BIOS and then load BIOS defaults and then let CPU settings stay at Intel defaults.
On the subject of Windows 11 then also there might arrive install problems if BIOS settings are not correct and if hard drive partitioning is not done correct also. (Windows 11 uses higher security settings). Among other then one must use GPT partition and correct UEFI BIOS settings. Also , please notice that updating BIOS may invalidate your Microsoft account login pin on an existing Windows 11 installation so if doing that you could end up having to 2-factor confirm your account ID with another device or email access.
Besides that then my immediate guess would be that the previously reported MAUI problem appears to have been the cause that then tumbled installation into further failing. Why I don't know. (MAUI : .NET Multi-platform App UI - a cross-platform framework for creating native mobile and desktop apps with C# and XAML.). The only standard .NET that I have installed is the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 , but then I have a lot of other stuff installed including programming environments of which one contains both a lot of .NET 4 SDKs and the MAUI components so My own experiences with my own Windows 11 installations hardly matter here and I do not presently have another setup working that will allow me to experiment further. Sorry about that.
Like VocalPoint then for Windows 10/11 I exclusively uses the Pro version of Windows since the Home version is somewhat limited when it comes to at least some security settings adjustment.
Usually then for a clean installation you might want to remove all partitions on disk using a third party tool and then let Windows re-partition drive after you have made sure that your BIOS settings is OK. With respect to drivers then some manufacturer have made excellent tools for that , but other than that then you start with the Motherboard chips set Inf and then disk drivers as most important and then add the other important drivers.
For check of hardware then you might want to run a Memory test from boot media that will boot with your BIOS and run that , that ought to give an idea about the basic stability of your system. Then if OK then check for stability when using graphics adapter and when system performs under high load. (Warning : Do not high load test if your CPU are among the effected of aforementioned problem unless you have mended the BIOS and it's settings). Also , then for stability test then you could try to boot an Ubuntu live Linux test with no install to see how that performs.

Hi there. First of all thanks for taking so much of your time to explain all the possible reasons for my issues. It does have intel i9 onboard so this is a likely source as there were bios issues earlier, and I was advised to update it at one point. I have arranged to return it to the company who built it, as it is only a couple of months old and still under warranty. This has been very frustrating for me as although I am in no way an expert with desktop set ups or any pc's contents, I did manage to run Windows 10 on my previous PC without issue pretty much from first release and that had an AMD processor. I primarily use my PC for music creation and paid £1800 for what I thought would be more than powerful enough for my needs, but did not bargain on a string of annoying and frustrating issues. I will use the section you wrote regarding intel as this looks like a prime suspect for my problems. I will lose it for 2 or 3 weeks while they repair it but have my old PC as back up thankfully. Once again I appreciate your insight's and thank you so much.

Thank you for your appreciation, you are most welcome and I am glad if I were able to be of help. On the warranty issue then I can add that Intel have extended the warranty on at least some of the processors for an additional two years up to a maximum of five years. Reference : Additional Warranty Updates on Intel Core 13th/14th Gen Desktop Processors. Problem is that user have to prove likeliness of defect/test the CPU defect and also then apparently Intel subsequently have had low stock on some CPU models and have in some cases either replaced with a better model CPU or even given a refund. Also then who is taking care of replacing the CPU depends on how you got it, I will quote the page below here.
I hope that you get your hardware and software problems fixed ASAP, good luck 🙂
