Why does this top right notice slide in upon launch covering the important top update links? Then, why does it say I am sharing user data when I have had sharing user data turned off for months? Does no-one see these things in testing? Am I sharing user data or am I not?

Did you probably reinstalled or updated the NA app? Still would like to see NI clarify things, but it could also be an initializing and therefore standard notification, before loading preferences.
