I bought an audio card secondhand, how to transfer licenses???

I bought a Traktor A6 second hand, the seller did not remember his email and did not give me the license, what should I do in this case?

  Contact support and explain the situation, hoping they will help you.

  In any case you can use the hardware, is just the software side that is affected by not registering

  Go through the first questions of the bot support and at one point you’ll be prompted to speak with an human being (during office times) or to open a ticket
