Why is Native Access not installing?
This is the 2nd time I am asking this since no one has answered my first post.
I am an owner of Komplete 11. I had native access 1 and have not messed around with it since I first bought Komplete 11. I heard about the Komplete 15 coming soon so I went to go see what I would need in order to be ready before I purchase. I tried to install Native Access 2 but it said I had to uninstall Native Access 1. I went on an unistalled it.
When I tried installing Native Access 2. This image kept popping up even though I already uninstalled it. Yes I uninsitalled NTK Daemon aswell.
For the past week I have spent hours trouble shooting by myself. Never found a solution.
I did a search on the c drive and deleted every folder that had the name native access. Decided to go back to Native Access 1. Now that one isnt even installing.
I have given up on Native Access 2 and just want to install the first one again. What am I doing wrong?

Hello ScoobyDoo777, I created a support ticket for you and forwarded it to our technical team so they will get back to you as soon as possible after checking this post as well.
According to the Native Access 2, I would kindly suggest to still try to download the Native Access 2 which should be fine after the workaround that will be offered by our team) would be better for future products, especially if you are willing to purchase the Komplete 15, as this is the only way to work with current products.

it can be the case that your system is blocking the installation here on the website on the bottom they show you how you could allow apps that got blocked and you maybe missed the prompt, look for native instruments stuff and allow it:

This might help too but I don't know if this tool includes native access, you can only try it.

Thats for windows 11 and I am on windows 10. I still went on and tried it. My ransomware defense is already off by default. So it cant be that.

Yeah that was when I tried to install native access 2. I gave up since it never worked and no one replied with a good answer.
Now I am trying to go back to native acces 1 and its still not working.
Also since I had to delete native access 1 in order to try to install the 2nd one. My komplete 11 is now on demo mode.0 -
You could also try to create another windows user account, and try to install again, if that all does not work, install windows totally fresh. Unfortunately that's mandatory from time to time in my experience anyway, with win 10/11 not that often like with XP to 7 but still helps.

Creating another windows account did not help.
Yeah I am not starting windows fresh and deleting everything I have just to regain access to my komplete 11.
There has to be another way to fix this. Can you ask another moderator for help?

On the bottom of that page you can contact native instruments support if you are logged in, they might have some sort of analyzing tools, good luck:
