I am new to NI - I love it however, when I try to load a few different samples (from ie Battery / Massive) in Komplete Kontrol a pop up message appears (see attached) "Plug-in/preset could not be loaded …….as it may not yet be supported by Apple silicon or VST2 to VST3 migration"

I am currently running the latest MACOS 14.6.1 & M3 processor. Also recently installed Native Access. Not sure what I'm missing?

So is this happening only with Massive and Battery 4? Do you get the same issue if you try to load a Kontakt library?

Can you load the VST3 of Battery & Massive from here?

If you go in Komplete Kontrol's preferences, go to Plug-ins Manager:

Are the VST3 showing there? Are the VST3 files present in this directory?

    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > Plug-Ins > VST3

Is this happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone, in your DAW or both? How did you install everything on this computer? Did you migrate from another system? If this is happening in your DAW, Is it happening in brand new projects or old projects?

    hi

it's happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone. I installed the applications on my computer using Native access and saved the applications under Native Instruments (on the computer's HD). NI's instruments I save on an external HD.

I didn't migrate from another system.

    hi Jeremy

Mission accomplished / success! I can now load the plugins - (correct directories & KK preferences)

I have more questions but I need to explore & play first.

    thanks for your help 😀
