What version of Native Access are you using?
If it is current (v3.13.x) - you should be able to move right up to the latest Kontakt update which is 7.10.6

It had already happen and from the support tam thay sent me a zip file with the update.

This might be one for NI to sort out. Have no idea why your NA is not recognizing new updates for Kontakt etc.
You could also try a quick uninstall/reinstall and see if that helps.

@Julio Kladniew I got some info on the mean time. There were some cases where this would happen if a Windows 10 systems hadn't been updated for a while. Did you do all the available updates for your Windows system? It should be 20H1/H2 -or higher.
If that doesn't apply:
> delete the "installed_products" folder, restart NA and check as which version K7 is displayed in NAC: > Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments > installed_products
