Hello,

I purchased on 6/18/2024

Kontakt 7 Bundle Update and I can not down load it because it not showing up in Native Access?

Can anyone help me please?

    Thanks for you help.

    I re-enter the serial number again in native access and this time it worked it said that

    Kontakt 7 Bundle Update was registered successfully.

    Hello,

    have you received the serial and entered it into native access. You can maybe also find the key in you account on the "my products and serials" page.

    Thanks for the info I tried entering the serial number in native access and it didn't work but I will try it again.
