How access my libraries on Windows 7 ?

Regardless of what you think purchased in the past - you own nothing.
All you bought was a license to “use” the NI products subject to their end user licensing agreement. NI reserves the right to end official support on any product they sell - at any time.
In this case - that time has long since passed.
Your inability to get off Windows 7 (which remains unbelievable to me) and/or Native Access v1 in a timely manner (like years now) leaves you in an unfortunate situation where time (and support) has now run out for your products.
There is no path forward with Win7 and Native Access v1. Your only option is to upgrade. If you cannot do that - no amount of complaining in this thread matters. There are no “experts” from NI to assist you as Windows 7 and the v1 version of Native Access are retired.
It is up to all of us to stay current and keep our installs healthy.
Finally - ALL third party libraries sold by Red Room etc all work just fine in Kontakt 7. The original version numbers like 5.8.1 have no bearing on whether you can use them. They work fine.VP

Yeah, I need a whole lot of luck with this under construction company.

I feel your pain, I am in the same boat, I recently discovered lunaris 1.5 i would like to try
that, it would happily work on my win7 closed system. yet native access wont log in due
to bad handshakes when logging in.
this could easily be fixed. by icluding security ciphers that the authentication server supports
and there users systems support. In my opinion its just a simple case of planned obsolescence.
Should I need a windows 10/11 system, i'll build a new system for that, I certainly wont upset a rock solid
system by installing another OS over the top of it. that results in loss of previous VSTs that are not compatible with 10 or 11.0 -
Thanks for your support, LHJL! Yeah, same boat. Good to know someone has a clue and knows how to fix. So its up to NI. I will post and post. On their help site they adressed the issue, but the workaround didnt work for me. But they know that there is a problem. I won't let me steal my libraries. Shouldnt it be possible e.g to send me a separate one time fast link to my libraries open for six hours or so to authorise and one time download? Or fix that 1.14.1! Thanks again for understanding!

All versions of Lunaris require Native Access 2 (v3.13.0 or higher).
And NI has already clearly stated that Native Access v1 is retired, not maintained and headed for permanent shutdown in Feb 2025. There are no workarounds, fixes or temporary download windows coming for anyone still on this old tech.
Instead of complaining about a situation that is only going to get worse - you should logically be planning your upgrade so you can get back to using what you have. This strange "I am waiting for assistance" is never going to happen with any of these unsupported components.
It is only a matter of time before this thread is closed.

If waiting for support till Feb 25 is strange, your answers - calling yourself an expert or guru - are weird.

I never called myself an Expert.
NI did - by placing that "tag" by my post count.
What is weird - is thinking you are ever going to get support on this.

Sure is - and heading quickly for the series finale.

I do not know, if it would work…. But what about start NA1 with internet access off. And set internet access on after startup.
I may try what does my Win7 computer.

Anyway, I consider it VERY bad that NI violates EULA and prevents licencee to use purchased SW on OSes it was designed for. Customers should sue NI to remove copy protection for no longer supportted OSes or issue universal key or give users any other means to authorise licenced SW.
I am SW developer, I cannot be fooled by saying that it is not possible. If NI would really care, one could authorise on any previously supported system. For example using offline authorisation using Service Center could still work, if only NI would care.

Thats it, thats exactly what I think! It must not be true, how NI is acting.
I'll try your hint.
Thank you so much for clarifying. Ni should do something. It is a right to use what I and everyone bought.

I will test tomorrow on my Win7 computer. I still use even WinXP to run legacy SW. So, Win7 seems to me as pretty young system.
