Kontrol X1 screen fail

I bought the X1 MK2 a month ago and I couldn't test it until yesterday, when I connected it and I realized that the Deck A screen has a bug, it doesn't show the numbers or letters correctly, it's as if a part of the lead doesn't it will work. I have tried on different laptops and configurations and it does the same thing. what do you think any ideas? The unit appears to be defective from the factory.

    Return the piece. This looks like it's hardware related.

    I'd agree that this looks like a hardware issue. Can you return the X1?

    Finally I have contacted the technical service. I have sent the unit to germany this same afternoon. I hope they send me a new unit. So far they have been quite efficient

    Finally today I received a new unit of the Kontrol X1. I must say that the process has been quite fast and a very correct service from Native.
