hey there so I got this X1mk3 as a gift from my cousin so after the launch of TP4 , I have done the registration of the product so am I still going to get Traktor pro 4 ?? what is it ? and when I just registered it I had got Traktor pro 3 …still asking me to upgrade I mean, pay upgrade so need some help with it !!

Today I've just received my new X1 Mk3 but i have already had a Traktor Pro 3 registered in the same account. I registered the hardware serial as it was instructed. Maybe i misunderstood something just would have expected Native Access to display TP4 as upgrade or the option to download it. Should i open a support ticket somewhere or at helpdesk or attach the copy of my receipt or invoice, whatever, or i'm at the right place here ? :) Sorry for my noob question, i'm totally new here.
NI just made all the people who pre ordered the X1 MK3 bunch of losers for their brand loyalty because now they all have a X1 MK3 with Traktor 3 , which is ridiculous.
The least decent thing they could do is to offer the people with latest hardware T4. Its pretty stupid that now you have a latest hardware with older software when its one of their main products that has specific software settings included.
