just payed the Traktor 4 upgrade for it on the NI website.
Got an email saying to download it on the Native Access app…
I open the app and theres no Traktor 4 and it says everything is up to date.
What gives?
Damn it.. just found that out.
It turns out the latest Native Access does NOT support Mojave…
And probably Traktor 4 has the same problem :/
I not very keen in upgrading OS on my 2014 macbook Air.. it works perfectly with Traktor 3…
Will I have to get a new mac now?!
What the minimum mac OS that I need to run Native and Traktor 4, and can I update a 2014 macbook Air to it?
Are you running the latest Native Access (3.12.1)? If not you can download it from here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/
You need MacOS 12/13/14 for Traktor 4. The full requirements are here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/traktor/dj-software/traktor-pro-4/specifications/
The starting point for MacOS 12 is an early 2015 Air so it looks like you're out of luck. Requirements for MacOS 12 (Monterey) are at the bottom of the page here - https://www.apple.com/by/macos/monterey/
Yeah.. looks like Mac users are second class clients.
If you're on a windows machine you can run it on windows 10, a 2015 OS. On a Mac it will only run on a 2022 OS version
Just purchased Traktor Pro 4 through NI official site but also not appearing in Native Access.
Clean install of Native Access yesterday so absolute latest version, using Windows 11. My other products are showing in the library and I have added the serial number but not sign of Traktor Pro 4.
Where is my product???
my "problem" was traktor 4 requires a higher version of OS that my mac doesn't allow
Thanks - I saw that was an issue on Macs but with Windows the requirements simply say Windows 10 or newer
