Why doesn't Luna recognize my Komplete control s49?
I created an instrument track in Luna but for some reason it does not recognize my midi keyboard. It plays grooves and sounds using my mouse but not my komolete control s49. Can anybody help me resolve this issue. It works fine in stand alone mode.

Got it. All works fine now.

The pictures show it all. In Luna MIDI in selected all not any specific device. MIDI out is set to Konkat Komplete. The Controller and MIDI no boxes checked. I appreciate everyone’s help!

Is it a mk2 or mk3 S49? What's your operating system? Do Luna and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access?
Can you select the keyboard as a MIDI input in Luna?

no clue whether or not it’s MK2 or MK3. Nothing on the keyboard to indicate. I assume it’s a 2 as I’ve had it for a few years. Both have full access. I can select the keyboard as a midi input.

There are no screens. Everything works fine in stand alone. I've tried multiple instruments within Luna. The S49 does not work with any of them. the keys within the konkat program itself works but the S49 does not. Very frustrating. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible

That looks like a S49 mk1.

My computer recognizes the S49 in Standalone but does not recognize it when loaded as instrument in Luna.

A screenshot of your MIDI settings would be more useful - I can definitely see a Komplete Kontrol MIDI out so it does look like it's recognising it but maybe your ins are not setup correctly?

Thanks but that's not the MIDI settings - what MIDI inputs can you see in preferences/MIDI and control surfaces?

Ok, so it's a MK1 keyboard. Please note they are no longer supported. Please read this: Notes on Ending Software Support for Komplete Kontrol S-Series MK1 Keyboards
You will need to install Komplete Kontrol 2.9.6, the latest version that supports MK1 keyboards. Make sure to open Controller Editor and see if the keyboard is recognised there.
