Native Access unknown item doesn't install
I've got an item that doesn't install and doesn't have a name on it. It looks like the Kontakt image but it's installed. See the image below.
If I click on Install I get this error:
Everything else installs fine.
Has anyone else seen this before?

Several other users had the same thing happening to them before. It's supposed to be Kontakt 5 - under normal circumstances, that is.
Reach out to Customer Care, as per Hayo_NI's recommendation, so that someone can look into it and fix it:

This is a known bug and the developers are aware of it.
It will be solved most probably in the next NA update.
For now, just ignore it.For the history, there are 2 "unnamed" items (if you see one or both, it depends on what other products you have), this one (the one that appears to you) is Kontakt 5 and the other is Reaktor 5.
