You're still using Windows 7 (according to your profile)? Looks like an old version of Native Access too.

Also not a good idea to post an image of your serial numbers….

I removed images with serial numbers.

As for you problem, have you added those serials inside Native Access? You ancient look ancient.

Q: Translation inserted by Moderator (translation by DeepL)

Thank you for removing the serial numbers.

    I've made some progress.

Now the uninstalled softwares ( Monark and FM8 ) appear but the download doesn't work.

As I have Windows 7, I installed Native Access 1.14.1 as recommended on the NI site.

I continue to search without success,

    merci de votre aide

    Denis

Some downloads require Native Access 3.xx to either appear or to download, also some downloads will not appear if they are not compatible with your OS. I do not know the specifics in general with respect to what will download with what N.A. on what OS , if you want to know you will have to ask N.I. Native Access and Installation Support who are also those to ask if you need legacy installers that require download links that are not normally listed publicly.

    Present version of FM8 (1.4.4 ?) clearly says : SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS : macOS 11, 12 or 13 (latest update) , Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit, latest Service Pack)

You can see the software compatibility for Windows 7 here. Specifically then FM8 is not compatible with Windows 7 above FM8 version 1.4.1 which you can find at least in 32 bit version here.

Monark says to be for use with : Free REAKTOR PLAYER or REAKTOR (both latest version). (N.I. Native Access and Installation Support might have links for an installer to an old version that will work with Windows 7)
