In the Library tab, Native Access 2 shows only the Software that you purchased! Its your library.

ALL = All the products you own. Many of them are part of Komplete. Komplete is not an application, it is a bundle of different software and libraries.

Available = All the products you own, but you didn't install yet.
So, if you just want to install only the products you own, just go to Library —> Available. :-)

it asks me for serial number!

check your user profile at NI website, all your serials are there

Maschine! Do I need to purchase the hardware?

Nope, just the Maschine 2 software

I have a very slow connection under 1Mbps.

You don't need to download all at once… take your time… 2-3 months or even a year… they will be still there, available for install.

Does it mean I have 145 software that I can install!?

Not all of them are software… Most of them are libraries for Kontakt or expansions for Maschine, etc. Some of them are huge, several Gigabytes… As a first step, focus on software (synths, samplers etc.), such as Kontakt, Maschine, Reaktor, Massive X, Massive, Guitar Rig, Battery, FM8 (or whatever you have from those)… then you can start download libraries and expansions.

Thank you for the detailed response. I installed several from ALL, but when I run them it asks me for serial number!

Several says requirement: Maschine! Do I need to purchase the hardware or there is a player for it? If there is no Maschine Player ( as software) I need to somehow exclude them from downloading. I have a very slow connection under 1Mbps.

ALL says I have 145 items. Does it mean I have 145 software that I can install!?
