I noticed others with this problem….is there a fix without sending in for repair (I'm in HK)
It's greyed out and non-responsive.
Any ideas guys?

You can ask N.I. Hardware Support for advice who is also to turn to for a repair if still under warranty.

Is this happening in Komplete Kontrol in standalone? In your DAW? Everywhere?
