How to get past Maschine is Starting on Maschine Plus

I have had my Maschine + for 2 days and it has been a nightmare. I have had consistent crashes and freezes when starting up. I was able to update the system and the firmware but I keep having the same freeze issue. Sometimes it boots up and sometimes it doesn't. What should I do?

    If it is a new unit, I would request a replacement.

    Thanks. How would I go about that? I have had zero success getting a live person on the phone. Its not a new unit but was purcahased B stock from Native Instruments. Maybe I got a bad unit?

    Either contact N.I. Hardware Support and have them troubleshoot the issue and if can't fix offer a replacement or refund if can not be replaced at the price ? .

    Or , in this case maybe a better solution just contact N.I. Purchase Support and ask for a replacement or refund if can not be replaced at the price ? .

    dont bother. They will say that your CPU is bricked. They can give you replacement if its under warranty but trust me that the same issue will happen even after your warranty is finished and then they will charge you 500$ or more for a replacement then. I would say simply dont waste your money with a maschine+ and go for an akai or something else. the maschine+ is simply a poorly built product and NI are afraid to admit it. I learnt this the hardway and I had a bricked maschine+ sitting with me

    Damn Bro. Sorry to hear that. I have an MPC One, I just wanted a plus. I have an MK3 as well. I was in the process of selling that when I bought the Plus. Before the HD bricked, I was making heat with it in standalone.
