Failed to download the latest update
Hello! I'm completely stuck there, on mac mojave 10.14.6 (if it changes anything). I tried changing the proxies settings and yes, i'm connected to the internet.
Google is not helping either... Can one of you help ? Thank you !

Hey, this looks like you are still using Native Access , please use the latest version: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Hi, since yesterday I have the same Issue on Windows 10.
I have set back windows to different recovery points without success.
Tried everything with Windows Bitdefender/Firewall etc. Same issue.
Will de/reinstall Native Access and will try the free Avira Antivirus that helped to set back proxy setting of ILOK where I had same connection issues as well.

The download button is not up to date I hope someone will fix it
Also it doesn't say how to Komplete start in native access 2

It seems you already had requested it in 2020 and it's still showing on your account. It will not show as Komplete Start but as products to install.

But Native access works with Mojave 10.15 at least, we are on 10.14.6 ((I have the same issues problem...)
And i am afraid of upgrading to 10.15....

the answer SHOULD be "we abandoned everyone on Mojave and are forcing them to upgrade because we don't want to support them anymore." just trying to open native access and getting this same error has caused pandora's box to open and all of my gear and software that currently works perfectly fine MAY or MAY NOT work after NI has "implored" us to upgrade our OS. Another L from NI. Hugely frustrating.

Hello! For some reason I cannot download the latest update or original app I have for Native Acess app. It will now download and update. Can you send me a direct link to download the most compatible version to use fo MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 macbook pro 13 inch med 2012 laptop??

@Carl K Robinson jr @Rakan MacOS Catalina (10.15) is not supported on the current version of Native Access, you will need to use a legacy version of Native Access: Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems

Looks like the legacy installers on the Legacy page are not downloadable any more. Can someone please upload a working version of NA for Mohave?

Actually, not really. The Legacy Native Access for Mavericks (10.9.5) also fails to update when launched, which prevents authorizing Komplete. I've reached out multiple times and have had no help. Native Access works with High Sierra for me and up (I use multiple OSes and Komplete 10 and 13), but not Mavericks.
