Komplete Kontrol standalone, all Controllers are disabled

Hey all,
Just set up a new PC (Win11) and installed everything. One thing seems to not work and that's to get the Komplete Kontrol standalone app to recognize my Kontrol S88 Mk3. I also have an older Kontrol 61A which works fine. In the Controller menu, the S88 is disabled even though I did tick the appropriate boxes in the Midi settings.
When I unplug the 61A, all the items in the Controller menu are disabled.
The S88 has the latest firmware and is set to MIDI2.
Help?
Thank you

Check if the MK3 keyboard is set to Midi 1.0 (Midi 1.0 and 2.0 is midi standards and is not about setting midi channel )
Also check the hardware service installation . Also I am not sure if you can use two N.I. keyboards on one computer , at least not at the same time.
you can check on your keyboard, press SETTINGS MIDI, Hardware, navigate until MIDI Version selection, make sure it is set to MIDI 1.0. Reboot the keyboard if needed.
You also should see a prompt to do the following:

Thank you for your reply.
I set the S88 to MIDI1 and there was no change. Also I'm on Windows 11.

Ok, I found the problem.
I did mention that this is a fresh install of Windows 11. The Mk3 series require the Hardware Connection Service to be installed via Native Access and it wasn't. That's also why the 61A worked and the S88 didn't. And in case you were wondering, they both work together perfectly.
Thanks again.

Thank you for returning to confirm the fix. Yes , I did mention the hardware service, but great that you discovered that it were missing. And thank you for the report that you in this case have both keyboards working simultaneously.
