Relocate all libraries in one click, similar to install all, but relocate.

You should be able to click "Relocate All" which appears when you have at least one library that needs relocating -

That function is only for relocating libraries that are already installed, it won't appear if you need to install libraries for the first time.

Ah, ok in that case you can't do relocate all, you have to do it one by one sorry. Being able to do a "Locate all" has been requested numerous times so fingers crossed it'll appear at some point in the future.
