Several of my standalone apps are not working

Hi everyone,

I moved houses recently, and since I store my NI products on an external drive, when I set up my computer in my new house, the drive was renamed from drive G to drive J. I've since uninstalled and reinstalled all my NI products, and that fixed the kontakt instruments, as well as a few other programs, but I am still havig issues with komplete kontrol (which will load the splash screen and then disappear) FM8 will not let me select any presets other than the default, and massive/massive x simply wont open. Does anyone have any advice?

    Sorry , no , you should contact N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support

    In hindsight you ought to have done some drive letter editing to restore the original drive letter to the drive but that is too late now since you have been creative and have done a lot of later alterations to the setup. My problem is that my insight into all the apps and the functionality is limited compared to that of N.I. and also I have no way of knowing exactly what you have done and the consequences there of. Your best chance now is with support. N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support .

    Scroll down to bottom of page N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support and log in

    Then click the Contact support

    Then again scroll down and click the Contact N.I. support that shows

    Then yes , damn it ! , then you have to click the Contact N.I. support again

    Then do the Q and A jumping through the hoop until you reach the stage where to input issue in one line to open ticket . (use the up arrow on the right side to go back and change answers if need be)
