What is "My Update" in the Offers Section

I have purchased and own Komplete 14 Ultimate.

However when I look at my offers, I am presented with this :

    No , system just thinks that you have more licenses that entitles you to upgrades. Your Ultimate gives you an option to upgrade that to Collectors Edition. And then if you also have license for e.g. Select that has not yet been used as base for an upgrade then you also have the option to use that to upgrade it to Standard.

    You are absolutely right that it doesn't really make sense seen from the perspective of a Komplete Ultimate owner to get offered an upgrade to Standard , but that is how it is. Anyway , if you ever decides to sell your Ultimate then you will still have the option to upgrade to Standard from whatever it is that you have that entitles you to the upgrade 🤣

    It's probably because you have another upgradable product like Select - the back end isn't very smart when making upgrade suggestions!

    It says "My Update" - which, to me, sounds like you own some older version of Komplete Standard - could that be?

    If yes: When you say "I have purchased and own Komplete 14 Ultimate", did you went through upgrading from Standard to Ultimate or did you buy the 'Full Version' option on the pricing page? If the latter is the case, then it would explain why it proposes you an update to 14 Standard.

    If no: Looks like it could be a "visual/cosmetic bug" then.

    I have owned ever version of Komplete since Komplete 6. I Purchased The ultimate edition of Komplete the version it came out (was it 10?) and since then ive paid for "Upgrades" from ultimate—→ultimate ever time. As far as im concerned, they should only be offering me an update/upgrade if its a new version, or if there is a version which has more included. Now I am still unsure what the My Update thing is, but I think the first reply may be the right track, its something wierd in the back end, thats presenting downgrades as upgrades and trying to charge for them. I wish they just had better documentation on the actual site when you click on things instead of all this GIANT glossy photo garbage that just gets in the way of obtaining information about their products.

    While I to some extend agree with what you wrote then the "GIANT glossy photo garbage" makes me think that you are not a great user of the bundle compare page ? Though if I understand you correctly then there also ought to be a compare page representing the differences between Komplete 14 and Komplete 15 when that comes out ?
