    Hey Lahatte,

We have a handful of bugs to navigate through. We have found a fix for users on MacOS 11 experiencing a crash when trying to start Native Access and are shipping that later today.

We were also able to reproduce internally the Loading Products issue and are working on a fix, that we will ship when we get confirmation that it resolved the issue. If you're interested, I can DM you to check the fix with you as well. A few fellow community members have already been incredibly helpful and helped us reproduce this issue, so we didn't feel the need to reach out to more individuals.

If there are other issues you have, feel free to DM me, and I'll be happy to see what we can do!

I don't bother posting here, it's never served me much in the past, but I just had to come here to applaud NI's total clusterfk that is NA.

It's never worked since it's latest incarnation , and now today I can't even login.

Great job with the worst product manager I have. 😂

I won't ask for the ETA until it's fixed, because nothing gets fixed quickly around here.

Please refrain from the personal remarks on N.I. staff. I fully understand that you might have reason to be frustrated but you have to refrain from the personal remarks and generally stay within acceptable behavior-

It just gets worse and worse.

Every update, either causes NKdeamon to hang or crash, causing Native access to mistakenly ask for login details, which never apply, when you enter them.

End tasking NKDeamon seems to help, but then you are left with the black native acces, spinning circle.

I dread every new update to native access, because I am 30 minutes, just trying to get Kontakt 7 to download its update.

At least give us an option to Pause or stop future updates to native access, until you get this mess of a software fixed.

Please no more Updates to Native access, ununtilt is completely fixed!!!!!

Well, "completely fixed" will never happen. Not in any complex software or hardware.

@Hayo_NI says they're working on it. So they're working on it. We need to be patient and we need to have grace, if only for our own stress management.

Yep, agreed. It was posted in frustration, deep down I know the score. Troubleshooting takes time. Just sorry to see they messed up native access so bad. I have a feeling it has a lot to do with their DRM, and being overly protective, due to pirating, and in the end its us paying customers who pay the price.

Even my regular Daw's now hang for a long time every time they scan a native instruments VST: Kontakt7, Komplete Kontrol, if there has been an update. "Scanning this VST is taking longer than usual.

This never used to happen, I know it's the VST calling home, and their servers taking a long time to answer back.

    Hi Hayo,

I just saw your reply. There are many issues I experience with Native Access. It's really like they 'have to be seen to be believed', there are so many. I fear that you guys might not be aware of some things, which is why I think it would be useful for you to see it in action, look at my configuration, etc., to maybe get a better understanding of the problems.

You can send me a message at my email address in my profile.

    Thanks.

The “worst product manager” he has is NA (which is a software created to manage products, hence a “product manager”). I don’t see personal remarks towards NI workers here (I’m sure you thought he was referring to Hayo).

Saying politely NA is a mess when NA IS a mess is more than acceptable behavior.

As is stating that the fixes are not quick at all

I took the reference as being to Hayo_NI since that he is the ProductManager of Native Access 2 and the Daemon. But it appears as if you might be right there.
