I purchased 8dio bundle — Not showing up in Native Access

I don't know what they had to do with those libraries quite frankly because they normally don't even show up in Native Access
Thank you , yes , I were quite confused about this myself but I were trying to keep up with it all , including why the libraries were not showing up when they apparently were supposed , I mean despite them showing up in the first place were not expected. But my take were that if the libraries later showed up as to 'locate' then I would deal with it as that then.

Not owning any NKS compatible hardware, I have no way of testing this.
They did install and verify on my Mac Studio, however.

I have a S61 MK2 and can confirm the NKS compatibility of this product, which I bought yesterday. So far, everything works fine. The only thing to criticize is the different quality of the individual components of this bundle, which caused me to uninstall most of it again.

Any chance we could get you to elaborate?

Hi! I bought this bundle as well and can see it in Native Access, however, there is only an "Add Library" option for the products in this bundle and no "Install" button (Mac Sonoma). Has anyone seen that? Another issue I have is that Native Access keeps telling me that "Komplete Kontrol" needs to be updated to 3.2.1. When I click "Update", the package is downloaded and successfully installed (green check), but when I restart Native Access, "Komplete Kontrol" again must be updated (to 3.2.1). Any ideas what is going on here?

Exit N.A. , then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access and also remove any reference to the 8dio at all of the suggested locations other than Plug-in Files (if found at all ?) : How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer
Then reboot to see if that fixed it. If it didn't then try Jeremy_NI's latest 'invention' : the replacing of the XML file.
Replace the Native Access.xml in the following location with the one from this zip (NativeAccess.xml.zip) and restart your computer and open NA
Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center
Mac: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
Otherwise then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support
At the page N.I. Native Access and Installation Support be sure to scroll down to page bottom to see if there is a log-in request , if there is then log-in , at next page again scroll down and small blue chat box ought occur within 15 seconds. Then write in chat box and when getting suggestions then select did not help when it didn't , that ought to bring you on to either chat with human or open a ticket. (You need to use a browser with Cookie , Security and Extensions settings that will allow for log-in on the page for the page to work)
There has been introduced chat support for Native Access assistance (at least daytime on normal work days) :

I tried the above steps, but could not solve my problems. However, with the latest version of Native Access, I am now able to install the 8Dio bundle.
