MacOS crash after opening update on Native Access
Hello, i've being a fan of Native Instruments. I use some of my favorite plugins like RAUM reverb & Kontakt. I opened the Native Access app, and suddenly the update pop-up shows up, then I clicked it, and nothing happened. I saw an error crash pop-up. When I tried to delete the app, and started re-installing it, it doesn't work. When I tried to delete the native access components in the libraries and system libraries, it's still not working at all. I'm having a lot of anxiety attacks because the app is going to be worthless to me. I wish I want my plugins back for real. I hope there is an immediate solution, please.

I feel ya dude… I have some of my favorite tools from Native Instruments 360 subscription. But the problem is, there is supposed to be a new update for Native Access which I clicked the update and nothing happens. What did I get? A error crash message? I'm honestly distraught after what I've experienced. I hope NI might resolve very soon so I can able to get my favorite tools back. I wonder if those who have the same experience like this.

If you are on Big Sur , Mac OS 11 then you need to use N.A. version 3.8 until the issue has been fixed.
