Beatport Issues

At first my Beatport was available on my Traktor Pro 3…and I even got the Plus version but now when I try to get Beatport on my browser tree on my Traktor—-I keep getting the same prompt

"License update failed. Please log in with an active Streaming subscription account."

What is your recommendations to fix this?

Heyo!

I will suggest you to log off your beatport account in your web browser, after doing that log back in but via Traktor.

Documents → NI → Traktor → delete the "BPData" folder just in case and try to log in again.

Where exactly do I go for this? And I have another issue. I kind of wish I never got this dj controller…nothing but 1 issue after another one…never had this issue with my Numark. My JBL speakers all of a sudden make static noise when I turn on my Traktor Pro 3. I heard to delete some audio drivers but I did that
