Does not sound as your issue but if you have a problem logging in then please make sure what type of prompt for password that it is , if you are supposed to use Mac or N.I. log in credentials !
Else make sure that you have enabled full disk access for ALL N.I. apps including the NTKDaemon ! :

I have the same issue. Granting Native Access full disk access didn't seem to change anything. Does this thing even need to be installed in the first place?
Why does every developer seem to think it's okay to install bootup/login stuff that's always running, and then act like they cannot be responsible for problems when some OTHER thing from some OTHER company is also running? We are apt to have products by several companies installed, and it adds up to a lot of junk, usually to serve no user benefit and only to appease the mythos of "copy protection/piracy prevention".

I have the same issue after multiple reinstalls and updates. Anyone know how to resolve?

Same issue here, on two Mac, a 2019 Intel i9 running OS 13.6.6, as well as a Mac Studio M1 running 14.4.1. On both Macs Native Access and NTK Daemon have been granted full disk access. It seems that this first started after the Native Access 3.9.1 update.

^^^THIS 100%
I removed the NTK Daemon from Mac System Settings - Login Items - 'Open at Login'. I also turned off all Native Instrument items in the 'Allow in the Background' section. Now my computer starts without trying to install NTK Daemon. The Native Instrument applications seem to work fine. When I start Native Access it asks to install the NTK Daemon.... At least it's not every time I turn on the computer now.

same Here. Sonoma 14.2.1 M1 Mac
Removing it from start up items is a temp fix.

Native Access 3.10 is out in case that it should make any difference !

Same problem here on my Mac M2 Max with Ventura 13.6 and the latest NTKDaemon. This is very annoying and not a new problem. When are you going to fix this, MativeInstruments?

What NI is fixing with success is the GAS.
It’s been ages I didn’t buy anything NI related, and even longer I didn’t update my NI plugins. I still use NA1 on a M1 Pro Mac and last time I opened it it was working.
What an amazing business strategy ! Bravo Francisco Partners !

Same here. Everytime. Full Disk Access enabled for all NI hardware and software.

If you are on Mac then these are the standard support articles to check :
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)
Native Access Freezes on “Installing Dependencies“ at Startup
