Input Routing Disabled

I have a windows setup, I had no issue with it prior, but apparently my input routing is disabled and I’m not sure how to enable it. I’ve tried everything. I also updated my software still change. Can someone give me a tip?

  Check Windows Settings- Privacy - Microphone for allowing desktop apps to access your microphone
