I’m not trying to continue to be a pest. I am Ok with delays, and yes timelines are flexible. What should never be flexible is communicating to your customers.

I'd like to suggest that if anyone that wishes to make their thoughts known in the direction of NI to fill out the "online community feedback" form pop up that appears in the bottom right corner when navigating to this website. And if you clear your cookies, it keeps coming back for more.

That's a good idea and we got tons of valuable feedback on there (it stops tomorrow FIY). I'm not sure why you'd encourage people to filling the survey more than once though 🧐

Judging by some of the comments on here your customers have rather a lot to say about your integrity as a company, so i would hope that they would take every oppurtunity to make them each known. If the update gets released passed Q2, your proffesional integrity will with no doubt be in question. A clear promise has been made.

You're talking about different things here. The OP originally asked about the hotfix for desktop 2.15 not Maschine Plus. I feel we going in circles in this thread and looking for someone to blame which isn't super productive.
Both hotfixes and updates are coming, we're working on it now. We'll share the news as soon as everything is available.

When Maschine+ first released, the Project Manager, Marianna I believe, (Forgive me if I’m wrong, I apologize), communicated with us a bit personally. I think now would be a good time for whoever is in that role to address the Maschine community and offer explanations and reassurances. I think we can all agree the 2.15 roll out has been disastrous for both the company and its customers. It is time for some transparency.

Q2 was for the Maschine+ update, last week was for the bug fix that prevented the Maschine+ from operating at all when connected to a computer in controller mode, with the updated 2.15 software. It’s all in the thread.
