Cannot log into Native Access
I cannot log into Native Access. I have a new Macbook M3 Max, Sonoma 14.3
I have tried deleting native access, restarting. I tried chat support, they told me to delete nativeaccess.xll and click the "refresh" button don't see a "refresh" button but did delete the folder and try again. They pawned me off to "email support"
I can't believe you can spend 5 thousand dollars on a product with a company and they can't give you immediate support. Very disappointing.

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also , just to see if it makes any difference then you could try the NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google) , should it help then do not let N.A. update itself.
Also check if e.g. the N.A. Helper is correctly installed :
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)
Native Access Freezes on “Installing Dependencies“ at Startup
Else if everything appear to be in order then you will have to work with support to fix it.

I have given "full disk access" to native access and NTKDaemon. No luck

Yeah I downloaded an older version of native access and was able to update everything. But now the updates don't work. Went back to an old version of maschine and that works. But no kontact or komplete kontrol. Horrifying experience

Thank you for your help. Komplete Kontrol now works but I'm still having trouble with Kontact, Is there maybe and older version of Kontact to download?

Older than 7.9 I currently have Kontact 7.9 and it will not open in pro tools. Only stand alone.

Please notice that some libraries or updated libraries may require 'newest version of Kontakt' whatever version that may define.

Yeah sure enough…. many libraries don't work. Wow how frustrating, just when I thought I could work on music after 3 days of trying to figure out problems…..

While I am not sure that my issue is the same as duffs200s', it also has to do with not being unable to log into Native Access. I hadn't logged into Native Access for some months since the Kontakt compatible libraries I was getting didn't need it (no S/Ns), or they were libs with their own players. Now with S/N libraries that need NA registration, I can't get in.
I have Mac OS 10.15.7 and Native Access 1.14.1.156. What I think must be my Native ID, does not work for Native Access. When I first was unable to log into NA, I reset the password by clicking on "forgot your password" (not by clicking on "Create a Native ID Account"), and that reset gets me into the NI site, but not into Native Access. So I tried creating that Native ID Account, but got the error "that ID already exists". What am I missing here?
I use Kontakt 5.8.1 (R43) and my new libraries and all others are compatible with it. I appreciate any thoughts regarding any known version incompatibilities, or a required Native Access update compatible with Mac OS 10.15.7, etc. Or if anyone knows of any issues with the move to the one ID for both NI and NA. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Sorry that I have not been of better help , but while we apparently got the "cannot log into Native Access" sort of semi-fixed then the issue sort switched mid way to include both Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol.
Also then we are all in the hands of N.I. and it's latest version of the apps and on top of that can add that you are also depending on Apple and their latest Sonoma generated issue (which are most likely going to be introducing problems right up until next OS upgrade). So in the end then I can only assist so much and you simply have to work with support N.I. (and Apple ?) to try to fix whatever problems that there is. The forum is mainly for "user helping user".

I've actually been able to update everything now. However when I try to use some kontact libraries within maschine it says "I need to update to the latest version" I actually finally have the latest version.

You have been helpful, thank you. The workaround I have found for now is to load kontact into maschine and then look for the library within Kontakt, within maschine. If I look for the library in Maschine, it is broken and says I need the latest version of Kontakt which I have.
